The Beach

The Resort overlooks the sea and has direct access to its private golden sand beach with crystal clear waters. For years now, Porto Palo di Menfi has been receiving the Blue Flag, a prestigious international award that certifies a beach high standards of water and sand cleanliness as well as of its facilities and attention to the environment. Porto Palo di Menfi has also been receiving for some time now the Green Flag, an award that is assigned to the top beaches for children by the paediatric association. Both awards have been assigned to Porto Palo di Menfi in 2017.

Awards

• Blue Flag for the last 21 years - the last time was in 2017 - Menfi/Porto Palo has been awarded ”The Blue Flag”, by the FEE, for the quality of the environment and the outstanding condition of the sea and the coast, and also for its excellent facilities and respect for the environment.
• Green Flag Porto Palo di Menfi has gained in 2017 the Green Flag as beach for kids' safety and care.
• Four Sails legambiente and Touring Club, with Blue Guide, all important and well-known environmental associations, have assigned also in 2017 "Quattro Vele" (Four Sails) , the award that champions the high quality of the touristic services and of the territory.
